Website measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits to invoicevault.co.za and which signup links people click. Analytics loads on the production website unless you have disabled it in this browser. There is no advertising or retargeting integration, and disabling analytics does not affect your ability to sign up.

What is measured

Analytics can receive device and browser information, pages viewed and a cookie-based identifier. Our custom signup_click event records where the button appears (for example, the header or pricing section) and the fixed registration destination path. It measures interest, not completed accounts. We remove query strings and fragments from page addresses and referrers and do not add your name, email, account details, invoices or payment information to analytics events.

Your preference and cookies

Google Analytics can set _ga cookies to distinguish visits. You can disable analytics using the preferences control below or in the footer. We remember your choice in this browser for six months and continue to honour earlier unexpired rejections. If browser preference storage is unavailable, analytics stays disabled. Advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalization and Google Signals remain disabled.

You can also use “Analytics preferences” in the website footer. Disabling analytics stops collection, clears this website’s Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page. Previously transmitted data is not removed by changing your browser preference.

Google and your information

Analytics information is processed by Google and may be processed outside South Africa. Read Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner sites for more information.

Contact enquiries

When you use the contact form, we collect the details you provide so we can respond. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the submission is from a person; its token is validated by Invoice Vault and is not stored with your message. Accepted enquiries are kept in our restricted platform inbox and trigger an acknowledgement email. Personal and message content is removed 24 months after an enquiry is resolved or marked as spam.

Your Invoice Vault account

This analytics setup is limited to the marketing website. It is not installed on the account, billing or business workspace pages in the Invoice Vault app. Our website links take you to that separate app to manage your account.

Questions or privacy requests

Contact info@visionbi.co.za about website privacy or analytics data requests. Analytics totals reflect visits whose browsers allowed measurement and were not opted out; they are not a count of everyone who clicked signup.
